All Sauce and Rub orders ready for immediate pick up at our Kitchen or within one week if ordered to ship. 

All meat orders are cold pickup (free) or delivery. Orders put in after the 15th of a particular month, will be made for pickup or delivery within the last week of the following month. For example, if meat is ordered the 17th of September or the 14th of October, both would be available for pickup within the last week of Oct.
